# Manually enroll ticket record into workflow

I would like the option to manually enrol a ticket from the records page into the workflow.

Yes please! I want to be able to enrol a ticket into a ticket-based workflow from the ticket I am already working in. I am going to do aowrkaround with a custom properoty to trigger a ticket-based workflow, but it’s frustrating that I can;t enrol a ticket into a ticket workflow from the ticket records page. There is no automation/workflow card for ticket previews.

Hi everyone! My name is Hallie, and I’m an Associate Program Manager on our CXM Team here at HubSpot. I’m excited to share that **there is a public beta for the ability to enroll an object into a workflow right from the record!** This will be done by adding an ‘enroll in workflow’ card to the right side of the record, as outlined in the steps in [this product update](https://app.hubspot.com/l/product-updates/?rollout=213893). Please continue to leave feedback here on this post while in beta so our teams can use it to update the feature!
