If a contact fails a workflow, then I fix the problem that caused it to fail, I should be able to re-enroll that contact **without** having to check off the re-enrollment criteria. Even if there was a toggle to ignore the re-enrollment criteria and force enrollment of the contact (provided it matches the workflow filters) would be great.

As of right now I have to either change the trigger and re-enrollment criteria, which would mess up the workflow. OR I have to resubmit the form for the contact, which is not good business practice.
