Can I send a manual email step in a sequence once I “start” the sequence without having it sent to my task icon for the actual “send”?

The sequence has both manual/automatic steps.

I understand that automatic email steps will send right away, but wondering can the **manual email that is edited in the “step” be sent** from there, _or_ because it’s manual, it **has to generate the edited manual step in tasks** in order to send?

Many thanks!

Hi @GRadwan,

It’s the latter. If you don’t manually schedule and automate an email in advance, it will have to create task (Menu \> Sales \> Tasks) to remind you.

Best regards!
