Manual Enter Survey Reponses For A Recipient

Hi -

I am seeking where to manually add survey reposnses for recipients after they have recieved a feedback survey emailing and have not responded.

I intend to contact them to fill it out on their behalf but I am unsure how to keep their details attached to the response and how to keep those responses in the same data as people that filled out the survey through the email.

You could open an incognito tab in your browser and fill in the form yourself, using their email address.

Is that what you meant?

Mike, i was wondering where you might be able to locate a link to the survey so that a manual resource could accomplish this. I have an Account Manager that is going to start asking customers an NPS question as part of his business reviews with the customer and will manually complete the survey for the customer just so that I can start getting some data. When i go to Feedback Surveys in Hubspot I can locate the email copy/template that is sent, but i can’t seem to locate a url that i could just have a manual resource click on to execute on your proposed solution. Thank you for your help!

I am looking at capturing the survey manually as on EBR calls as well. I will be interested to hear if you manage to resolve this

Hello Mike,

Am I able to fill in the form myself through their email address, after it has been emailed out to a list of contacts on Hubspot?

The solution I ended up using to resolve this issue was to create a seperate survery that would only be able to be shared through a link. After publishing - (actions --> Preview --> copy sharable link)

I would also be interested in seeing how this could be achieved. All our customer feedback on tickets completed is conducted via phone calls and it would be great to capture this data through hubspot.
