I need help rescuing my HubSpot Social Media Marketing Certifications before they expire.
My old student account profile (sofia.salazararguelles@my.utsa.edu) was recently deactivated due to inactivity, so I cannot log in to transfer the certificates myself. I have already created a new personal HubSpot account and submitted the External Intake Form.
Because the automated transfer system requires both accounts to be active, I need a backend override. Could a Community Manager please send me a Direct Message (DM) here on the community forum so I can securely share my new personal email address with you?
