Manual add Contact - 'Create Contact' button staying greyed out and unclickable

Hi there,

i’m trying to manually add a contact and have added:

-first name

-surname

-email

-company

But I can’t click the Create Contact button to save their details.

What else is needed?

Do you have the required permissions to add/edit contacts? If not, you will have to get an Admin to give you the proper permissions.

You can check Settings → Users & Teams → Your Name and under Contacts see what permissions you have.

I’ve added lots of clients previously but will double check that this hasn’t been changed!

Hummm…The create a contact can be a bit finicky sometimes. Try and avoid any copy and pasting and make sure there are no phantom spaces or characters in the data - these are the main reasons I’ve come across why contacts can’t be added.
