# Manipulating Round Robin Action in Workflows

Is it possible or is there a workaround to manipulate the round-robin action in workflows to give one person more leads?

We want to round-robin inbound contacts between Sarah, Jake and Courtney but we want Sarah to get 3 contacts before going to Jake and then Courtney. Jake and Courtney would only get 1 lead per rotation while Sarah would be getting 3.

Not out of the box, but with a custom code action in Operations Hub Professional: [https://github.com/HubSpot/sample-workflow-custom-code/blob/main/samples/weighted\_lead\_rotation.js](https://github.com/HubSpot/sample-workflow-custom-code/blob/main/samples/weighted_lead_rotation.js)

Alternatively, there are also third-party apps which do this, I think.

Hi @AFukumoto We built a HubSpot specific solution that gives you more flexibility over the round robin functionality. Including weighted distribution (assign more to specific users), lead capping (users can only receive a specific number of leads a day), service level agreements (require contact to be made quickly otherwise it gets re-assigned), and more!
