Mandatory fields before moving to the next Deal stage

Hello, Dear colleagues,

We want to create the space (property) in HubSpot related to the 1st Deal Stage—Discovery in our Land pipeline with several questions (10 with either checkboxes or text boxes that must be filled in) that are all considered mandatory for Account Executives to fill in with data/ answers/ comments before moving to the next stage.

Could the answers to those questions be either checkboxes, text boxes, or both?

Am I right that it can be done via Settings/ Deals as Object/ Properties - creating the property for questions with options to answer: checkboxes or text form as an option for an answer? Then we set up Conditional Logic, like before moving to the next stage we need this property filled in. Any experience with similar tasks and knowledge base links is appreciated.

Any deal property type can be made mandatory / required, yes :slightly_smiling_face: Once the properties are created, you can follow these steps to make them required per stage: Set up and manage object pipelines
