I need to mandate that users select a meeting outcome before saving. I did this for Calls over a year ago, but all the recent changes to the navigation make it impossible to find - if it even still exists. Does anyone know? I found the Outcome Types and I’ve tried ‘customizing’ the record, but this option doesn’t seem to exist anymore.

As far as I know HubSpot doesn’t let you require a Meeting Outcome.
If it’s important, you can:
- Set up a workflow to remind users if they log a meeting without an outcome.
- Or use a custom property + playbook setup as a workaround.
Not ideal, but doable.

As far as workarounds go, they would currently all rely on pointing out to users after logging a meeting that they forgot the meeting outcome:
- Contact-based workflow (for the lack of meeting-based workflows) to enroll contacts with recent meetings without outcomes
- “Wall of shame” dashboard or report that shows past meetings without outcome by assigned user
- Saved meetings index page view filtered by “Activity assigned to = Me AND Activity date is more than 0 days ago AND Meeting outcome is unknown”
