Is there a more efficient way to handle receiving contacts through email - such as landing pages?

Hi @MariaDP,

Are you referring to a better way for contacts to manage their tickets? If so, this can be done with the customer portal: [Set up a customer portal](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/inbox/set-up-a-customer-portal)

If you’re referring to creating tickets from different sources, such as incoming emails or website forms, then you can find different options here: [Create tickets](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/create-tickets#create-tickets-in-your-conversations-inbox)

Best regards

Hi @MariaDP,

You can use forms on landing pages, guide them to a dedicated landing page with a support form.

These forms can automatically create a ticket in your pipeline.

If you still want to use email, connect your support inbox to HubSpot’s Conversations Inbox.

You can set up automatic ticket creation from emails using Inbox settings.

You can also set up a chatbot to ask qualifying questions and then create a ticket based on the user’s responses.
