With snippets being one of the main reasons for purchasing a sales seat (outside of sequences), would like to request better ways to manage snippets (we now have \>800x out of 5000). Need to have tools to:
- export list of snippets, shortcuts and content (in our case we use snippets to reference articles with hyperlinks for assignment selling); ideally would love to export name of hyyperlink within body as well

- ability to filter / search based on shortcuts (#hastags) as this is how users make use of them, and would allow us to quick find / edit and institutue better naming convertions with staff changes, etc.

- given body/shortcuts are relatively short, ability to add columns to snippet list view to allow showing these columns and their respective content on the view screen (up to a reasonable limit for viewing purposes).

Agree with @dmaxwell . In addition, it should be possible to set conditions for when snippets should be visible or not. Some snippets are only relevant for certain case types, and when you have many snippets it would increase efficiency to only see those that were relevant to the current case. Conditional formatting in the same way as you have for other objects would be very useful
