# Managing Duplicates

We have a fairly large database with daily imports of new contacts and companies, which means I have a full-time job managing all the duplicates. I would be super helpful if HS would add two options: 1: Allow an advance to the next duplicate without having to “merge”, then hit “review” again. I go through them quickly but the extra back/forth causes frustration and delay. 2: Allow an option to schedule a task (sometimes I question if the duplicate is correct and would like to schedule a task to double check it without having to print and make a note to return later). @dhartzer anything that can be done to speed up the cleaning up of duplicates would benefit all! I am currently building a "potential duplicates checker"for a client to detect and propose duplicates based on user defined criteria. I am hoping Hubspot will let me add these potential dups to the Manage Duplicates feature for ease of use.
