I second this need for customizable voicemails. With just the default voicemail, there is no company or person’s name, so the customer doens’t know who they are calling, and it seems like a SPAM number. I don’t think we can use this until this is available. Please prioritize and keep us posted!
Automated voicemail needs to be added as soon as possible.
When making calls, 99% of the time the prospect I call doesn’t answer. We should be able to automatically play a voicemail from a prerecorded list of voicemails, rather than manually saying the exact same voicemail word for word outloud to each and every contact on my list.
This is important to us. We are using inbound calls now but need a way to capture voicemails to fully use Service Pro as we need a way to capture customer voicemails as service tickets if nobody answers the call
Yeah love the idea of the Hubspot number, but until we get customized voicemails (without the training and quality purposes bit proceeding it) this won’t be a feature we can use.
Can you have the ability to choose user ring preferences for things like: default maximum number of rings before going to directly voicemail? Thank you for your consideration!
