Hello HubSpot Community,
I am the main administrator for my company, which operates internationally with multiple users across various countries. We’re encountering a challenge in managing the addition of marketing contacts. Some team members, while working with lists and workflows, have been adding a significant number of marketing contacts at once, leading to concerns about managing our costs effectively.
I’m seeking advice on implementing a system of checks and balances. Specifically, I’m interested in exploring if HubSpot has features or best practices for setting up validations that trigger when the number of marketing contacts added exceeds a certain threshold.
This would ideally initiate a review or approval process.
While I am considering restricting the rights to add marketing contacts, I would prefer a solution that maintains a degree of autonomy for our international teams, balancing their operational freedom with cost control.
Any suggestions, tips, or insights on how to manage this situation effectively would be greatly appreciated. Our goal is to maintain a reasonable pricing structure while empowering our international teams to operate efficiently.
Thank you in advance for your assistance!
