Manage errant email attachments in the attachment section of a company

We have a problem with any images in an email showing up as attachments on the company record. This puts hundreds of attachments in the attachments section making it really hard to find actual attachments like contracts or PDFs. Would be nice to solve for this. I can think of two potential solutions.

1) make it so these errant images don’t get put as attachments in the attachment section
2) Make it easier to search through attachments, or bulk manage/delete them.

There also needs to be some kind of tag/folder system for Attachements. Not being able to quickly access things like contracts makes this almost unusable.
