Hi @LaetiTiss,

Not out of the box, no. There isn’t any flag on the contact record that HubSpot maintains for suspected duplicates. You would have to create your own custom solution with custom code in Operations Hub Professional or leverage third-party integrations for this.

Best regards!

Hi @LaetiTiss,

There is no simple way to do this out of the box. But I know that many companies wish that they could export them for manual review or analysis.

Also wanted to mention that [Insycle](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/marketing/data-management/insycle) can do this for you. Full disclose — I work for them. But we do have a pretty powerful solution here.

Using Insycle in preview mode, you can identify duplicates in advanced ways, then produce a CSV detailing all of the identified duplicates. You can use any HubSpot field as a potential matching field, or slice and dice data in unique ways (like ignoring whitespace, for example). Then, you can bulk merge duplicates and set rules for data retention on a field-by-field basis. We recently wrote about this [here](https://blog.insycle.com/retain-data-merging-hubspot-duplicates).

Then, you can automate. You can schedule merge operations to happen on a set schedule, like Friday afternoon after everyone leaves. Or inject Insycle’s templates right into Workflows so your data is always deduped immediately after it gets into the CRM.

Hope that helps!

Hi @LaetiTiss,

Were you able to take a look at the Operations Hub?
We released [Koalify](https://koalify.io/) a HubSpot plugin which enables you to create a view or list of duplicates in HubSpot.
You can find a quick how to on our blog: [How to create and export lists of duplicates in HubSpot](https://koalify.io/hubspot-revenue-operations-blog/how-to-create-and-export-lists-of-duplicates-in-hubspot)
Hope this helps!
Best regards,
Jonas
