I’d like to make previous newsletters available to new subscribers once they sign up for our newsletter - I assume I can just add a link? Thanks!
Hi @dbrisley
Yes. I would suggest creating a workflow that automatically sends the newsletter to new subscribers. But for that, your previous newsletters have to be saved for ‘automation’. If it’s not an option, I would suggest cloning your previous newsletters. It’s an extra work, but it will save you time on a long run. And this workflow will automatically, sends newsletter 24/7.
Thanks.

Q: Making previous monthly newsletter emails available to new subscribers
Short A: HubSpot Marketing emails also come with a ‘Web version’ option in each email under Settings → Advanced Settings. (see image)
Longer A:
The web version allows us to stand up a linkable webpage version of emails to be referenced like any other page (with analytics, etc.). This is also a good option for historical newsletters sent via email.
Does that help solve your question?

Hi there
How do I share an archive of previous newletters e.g. via links with title headings on my current newsletter?
An example is posted below.
https://www.paediatricpearls.co.uk
thanks
Hello @ajaiseth
Archiving a published page will not create a broken link but it leaves the page published while removing it from the default view of pages.
This means that they will still be published an available in the browser if people were to navigate to your blog post directly, you will be able to share this link in your newsletter so your customers will be able to access this content.
I hope this helps.
Kindly,
Pam
