Making Bulk Content Changes to Landing and Website Pages in HubSpot

Hello fellow HubSpotters! I have a quick question regarding bulk content changes to Landing and Website Pages. We want to find every instance of a few names published across Landing and Website pages. So, as an example, let’s say we want to remove all mentions of a former employee named ‘John Smith.’ We need to 1. Figure out where ‘John Smith’ is across all of the pages and, 2. Remove this name from all pages. Is this possible to do? Thank you in advance for any tips!

@ZChurney3 As I understand it, this is not possible in HubSpot. Editing occurs at the page level, not in bulk. So you could do a site search for the term or name, find all the pages, then edit each one. But not a find and replace type tool, no.

Thank you @danmoyle! I didn’t think there was a way to do this easily but wanted to check, just in case. I appreciate your taking time to answer!

You’re welcome @ZChurney3 - happy to help!

Related to this question Dan, I have a pricing table with stats in it that occasionally need to be updated. The pricing table is on many landing pages as we have client-branded pricing webpages. Is there a way that the pricing table can be an iframe or plugin so we can bulk update the table without having to update every individual landing page? Put another way, in Google Slides, you can have a table that’s in a Google Sheet. Update the source (Sheet) and table updates everywhere it appears. Something like that for a web page?

@RHailstones are you familiar with HubSpot’s HubDB tool? You can create dynamic pages, use the tables for mass updates, and more. I’d check out this developers resource as well. HubDB might be your jam. Let me know if I can answer more about it. Our team at Impulse had created some cool sites and pages with it.
