Make workflow set up much easier and user friendly

Setting up Templates to be used for Workflows:

1. Tasks

2. Document Requests Templates (Outbound)

3. External Notifications - Whatsapp, Text, Emails, etc

4. Required Documents (Inbound)

Workflow / Process

Should only need the above templates for acitvating workflows required for each stage
