Currently, only a user can change their job title and phone number but only if they have user table permissions. This doesn’t make a lot of business sense, as we don’t want users to have access to the user table, and we also don’t want users to have the ability to change their job titles or phone numbers themselves. The explanation we get as to why this is how the system is set up does not really add up. As a company practicing least privledge, we now have to grant permissions to users to access entire sections of settings which we do not want them to have access to, just in order to have Job Title and phone updated. Please fix this.
Whenever I try to make an update to this as a Super Admin, I get a message saying it cannot be done as the user has multiple accounts - I assume this is because they also have access to our Sandbox environment, but whatever the reason it doesn’t make sense as now I have to login as each user to make these updates.
