Just like the title says, make the count metric usable on the y-axis as a filter in the custom report builder.
Right now, if you have a count field/variable (for example, count of companies or count of events) and it’s skewing the data by showing a billion companies with value of 1 but you’re really only interested in 3 and above, you can’t filter such that the report only shows counts of 3+.
