# Make some logging activity fields mandatory

When a user logs certain activity types, it would help analysts & the team if an admin could set certain fields to be mandatory i.e. call outcome and direction. This will help teams to collect the info they need and not end up 6 months into the year to find they have 20,000 logge calls but no idea if they were inbound or outbound etc

I’d also love the option of making notes on calls mandatory. We’re trying to encourage our team to include context on all calls, even if it’s just a few words.
