I’m a super admin and spend a lot of time helping my teams create and manage their meetings and booking links, and the current Meetings Scheduler UI to create booking links/pages is very difficult to use at scale.
Specific pain points:
- Every time I open a meeting from the Meetings Scheduler page, I lose my place. When I go back, my search/filter is gone. The page resets to a “me” view, and I have to re-run the search from scratch.
- I can’t easily open meetings in new tabs/windows from the main Meetings Scheduler list, which makes side-by-side comparison or bulk edits very painful.
- As a result, reviewing and editing a batch of meetings (for example, when we run events with many unique booking links) is far more time-consuming than it needs to be.
- My understanding is that these meeting links/scheduling pages are also not exposed as a standard CRM object via the API, so there’s no practical way to manage them programmatically either.
What I’m asking for:
- Please make Meetings Scheduler behave like a regular CRM index view (Contacts/Companies/Deals/etc.), with:
- Persistent search and filters when drilling into and back out of a record
- Ability to save views.
- Ability to open individual meetings in new tabs/windows
- Sorting, filtering, and possibly bulk actions suitable for admins who manage many links
- And, ideally, expose meetings/scheduling pages as a proper object in the API so we can script and automate bulk management where appropriate.
Example use case:
- We have 9 different meeting links for an upcoming conference. They are a mix of individual links and round-robins. I just got the details for the rooms we’ll be using and need to update the location in each link. I can search by the title, and set the view to “all users” and see all the links. But I can’t right click and open in a new window to preserve the list. When I open the first link, edit and save, and return, the view defaults back to the “me” view and I have to repeat the search/filter again. It adds a tremendous amount of overhead for what would be a simple effort if this was a regular CRM table view. Or at a minimum just a persistant list where I can open a link to edit it without losing my filters.
Why this matters:
- For individual users, the current UI is probably fine.
- For super admins supporting larger teams and many event-specific booking links, the current UX is extremely inefficient and adds a lot of manual overhead.
- A more “standard CRM view” approach (plus API access) would save a significant amount of time and reduce friction for admins trying to keep meetings clean and consistent.
Thank you for considering this. It would make a big difference for those of us managing meetings at scale.
