**CONTEXT:** When you make a contact INACTIVE, it’s not visually clear unless you check the status line. It should be more clear so you don’t lose time contacting him and you know, for example, that out of 6 contacts in a company you actually only have 2 that are still active. Move visual = More instinctive and faster **REQUEST:** - **A contact that is INACTIVE is easy to recognize visually** - A contact that is INACTIVE can’t be manually interacted with unless we make it active again. (Can’t add notes, contacts, write emails, etc). (Could be a choice in settings) - When you filter the contacts record page, you can see or hide inactive contacts. ---

This would be very helpful. We often times don’t want to delete contacts, but don’t want to see them anymore once they are Inactive ---

This would be excellent. Our old CRM allowed this and we miss it. A toggle button to hide / unhide would be great ---

I really like this idea for all objects - some sort of visual representation based on a property (basic conditional formatting) ---

If we could ‘disappear’ them it would be great. Their historic activities and tasks would still need to be visible. ---
