With most properties (ones that users can customize) if you go to settings > data management > properties and then click whichever one you are looking to edit, you can see the Internal Value for all the drop-down options. Knowing the internal value is a requirement for mapping data from an external source into Hubspot. However, properties that are “provided by hubspot” cannot be edit by users (e.g. Lifecyce Stage values) and when this happens none of the field properties are displayed. This means you are unable to determine the Internal Value for the options in that property and without that info you cannot map any data to that field from an external source. Even when a specific property is protected, users still need to be able to view the data so they can get this information.
Request: Display the Internal Value for ALL properties even if it isn’t an editable property.
