Anyone with knowledge on how to make URL public after form submission

Hey, @karien :waving_hand: Thanks for reaching out! You are not missing an option. It will require a signed URL to view these files. This comes from a change detailed here — Announcement: New restrictions on Forms File upload access.

This would be so useful for us!

We allow customers to attach files to the Contact Us and other form submissions. Then our support team receives a notification about the form submission with the link to the file. They don’t use HubSpot and don’t have their own HubSpot logins so they can’t view the attached file.

If I could use an automated workflow to set the files’ visibility to public, that would be fantastic. I’m surprised it’s not an option already.
