There needs to be a better way to create a list of people who have submitted feedback for followup. It could be similar to the “Form Submission” family of filters. “Feedback Submission” could work the same.
Yes, this is also critical so that feedback submission field can be used as part of workflow events and can be considered a contact level field.
For us specifically, this would be helpful in order to post feedback comments to slack to share with the CS Team and even company wide. Currently, we have notifications posting to Slack when a customer leaves a positive CSAT rating, but it would be even bettter if it could populate the actual comments to slack directly. We need a detecttable field in orrder to do this.
