We have the Customer Number property on a Company Object set to be a searchable field, but when searching on the object, it doesn’t work.
On Custom Objects, we can alter the Searchable fields via the API and then search for Customer Number in that object’s search bar, but as the Company object is a HubSpot defined object, we cannot make the same schema API calls as we can for custom objects. So we are unable to amend the Searchable fields via the API.
In the Company Property Settings, Customer Number is set to be searchable but is, in fact not searchable in the Company object but only in the global search bar which seems to bring up tenuous results.
Can this please be changed so that you can search for the Customer Number in the search bar of Companies?
