The browser notifications used to disappear on their own after a few seconds. Now they remain until I close them out. If I have mutliple that need to be closed out of, I need to move my cursor completely off the notification when the second one moves up to be able to close out of it. It’s incredibly cumbersome, especially when I have multiple notifications that come in at the same time.
This is also problematic when a call comes in. My team has a workflow set up to create a ticket when a call comes in. That notification sometimes blocks the answer button for the call leading to delays in answering calls and sometimes missed calls.
