Good morning everyone,
There is a major issue with the current SMS tool / mobile phone property.
The property mobile phone does not include the country code. And the SMS tool does not work without it.
The only workaround at the moment is to create a workflow to add the country code, however, for phone call we don’t need it.
Could you make it work as such, or at least have a workflow template available to make the proper changes?
