Hi HubSpot Community,
I’m experiencing issues with sending emails from my connected inbox in HubSpot. Although the email address is linked correctly, messages aren’t being delivered – they’re either rejected or end up caught in spam filters.
The Guide from HubSpot is guiding me to the Domains & URLs section to verify or update email-related settings. However, when I try to follow the instructions, I only one see on this page related to email the option “Connect email sending domain”, which appears to be locked and requires a paid upgrade. Since I’m on a free plan, I’m not able to access this feature.
Here’s some context:
- The email address was newly set up and connected to HubSpot.
- I did a test and sending directly from the mailbox works fine – only HubSpot-sent emails fail or bounce.
- The connection to the inbox was automatically disconnected at some point, and I had to reconnect it.
- I suspect the DNS settings like SPF, DKIM, or DMARC might be involved – but I can’t adjust those via HubSpot without the locked domain tools. (Or I didn’t found any other way)
My question:
What can I do now to ensure that emails sent from my HubSpot inbox are actually delivered?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
Max
