I want to send email to a list of selected contacts with personlised attachments with each. How can this be done? The attachments are sales reports residing in a google drive.
Hey @AMason81
You can send emails with personalized attachments to a list of selected contacts. You can create the list and select which contacts you would like to exclude from receiving the email. After creating the list, you can upload your personalized attachments and compose your message: Exclude specific segments or contacts from receiving a marketing email

Hi @AMason81,
HubSpot doesn’t have a way to send bulk emails with attachments – however, you can simply include the link to the file in your email (as opposed to attaching it).
You can find step by step instructions for preparing such an email here: Create and send marketing emails
To include your links, you would have to do the following:
- Create a single-line custom contact property to ‘house’ your attachment link: Create and edit properties
- Create an Excel file that has one column with the email address of the recipient and one column with the attachment link
- Import the file (single object, one file, contact), during import, make sure to map your first column to the contact property Email and the second column to your property from step 1: Import records for multiple objects
- In your marketing email, use a personalization token to include the link: Use personalization tokens

PS. Your request doesn’t include any requirements regarding contact suppression. As far as your original question goes, you can ignore the resources shared around suppression / exclusion.
