I have a problem with the retrieval of my mails in HubSpot.
It was working fine, my emails via my address were automatically retrieved in the hubspot CRM.
and all of a sudden, it didn’t work anymore.
at the support level, they tell me that the mails via Apple Mail are not recovered, case not validated for me, since it is the software that I use since the beginning.
Anybody have an idea how to fix the connection?

I wanted to refer you to this help article regarding which browsers and operating systems support the HubSpot Sales Extension which allows users to log their emails onto a contact record and track email clicks/opens.
Can you confirm your email host, email client, and operating system, please?
