I’ve made the button “See It Live”, on all pages of my site (https://www.opslock.com), trigger a chat bot. However, if a user closes it, the chat doesn’t reopen if they click on the button again. I’ve looked at some documentation, but I don’t understand it. Could someone help me implement this fix?
Made my button trigger the chat. But once the user closes the chat, the button doesn't work anymore.
@ValK when I tested the chatflow, it worked. When I closed it mid-chat, it repoened exactly where I was. And when I finished it, I was able to re-open and even start a new chat.
So it appears to be working!
Not what I meant. For example, when you click on “See It Live” the first time, the chat appears. However, if you close it and click on “See It Live” again, the chat does not open up.
