Low engagement marketing contacts

Hello,

My marketing team has been asking questions about the low engagement filter HubSpot has when sending emails. It appears that customers with low engagement stop receiving the emails we send. This drops the total of emails delivered.
Is there a way to stop this and push the emails anyways?

Thank you so much for posting @taylorjamila

I wanted to share a Knowledge Base article that directly walks through your issue and is very helpful:

Additionally, I’m tagging a few community experts who may be able to share more insights. Hey there, @Jon-PrairiePath @TomM2 , @d-lupo.

I hope you’re having a great week! Any thoughts here?

Thanks!
Victor

Hi @taylorjamila,

That exactly is the intention of that feature, see here: Understand graymail and avoid sending email to unengaged contacts

If you do not want to exclude contacts with low engagement, simply disable this toggle in the email editor left sidebar:

Best regards

Hi @taylorjamila,

HubSpot does not automatically stop sending to contacts just because they are low engagement.

Contacts who unsubscribed, hard bounced, or marked emails as spam will always be suppressed and cannot be forced. Sending to unengaged contacts can also harm deliverability, so it’s usually better to re-engage or clean the list instead of forcing sends.
