Here’s what I am trying to do:
I have an airtable table that holds content for a daily newsletter. This content includes 5 featured resources (name, author, url, blurb, featured image), an intro paragraph, and a subject line.
Each day I creat a new row with these fields filled in.
I’d want to fire an API call to update the existing marketing email template in HubSpot once a new row is completed.
I know this requires a Private App, which I’ve created.
What would I do next?
Hi @MLerner9

Hey @MLerner9 ,
my first thought jump to an RSS feed which can be the source for a regular sending Marketing Email in HubSpot.
But first you need to create a feed for that to work. Luckily, there are Zapier components that can do that out of the box.
So first you would need to create a Zap that triggers when new records are created within Airtable and the action would be to add them to an RSS feed.
In the end you should have an RSS feed URL which you can use in HubSpot.
Do you think this approach could work for you? Let us known how it goes.
Cheers,
Chriso
