I have a few hundred companies that have purchased at least 1 of our 14 services, billed recurrently. While using SalesForce, we tabulated the total count across all companies to gauge interest. I’ve been able to create an “Unsummerized List” report to get the individual counts, but as indicated by the title it does not supply the total for each service.
Is this possible to do? I’d like to avoid having to export an Excel sheet everytime we need those numbers.
Add-ons we are using:
- Service Hub Professional
- Sales Hub Professional
- Marketing Hub Enterprise
Hi @JSterling
Thank you for reaching out.
I want to tag some of our experts here - @danmoyle @NicoleSengers @klloyd__1 @Aakar do you have any suggestions to share with @JSterling on this?
Thank you!
Best
Tiphaine
@JSterling could you use the pivot table option in the custom reports so you can have columns and rows grouped together? This should be able to get you to totals I would think (I haven’t built this, but I’ve seen something similar). I love the pivot table option in the custom reports now so we don’t have to export to Excel.
Thank you! I created a custom field to differentiate current cutomers v. former customers and used that to sum the fields in a pivot table.
