I am looking for how to make our portfolio a file we can link to a QR code that requests email and name submission to access. We would ideally like to have this on our business cards for tradeshows.

You would first create a landing page with HubSpot form: Create forms (legacy)

Once that page is created and live, you can paste the landing page URL into a QR code generator.

This generator gives you a file which you can then print on your business cards.
