We have a ticket information field called “Ticket Category”. One of which is a quality issue category.
We’d like to display the quantity of tickets created in that month, that have that category selected.
When clicking on the graph bar, it would bring you to a list of the tickets with that category selected.

You can click on Create a Report button and choose a Single Object Report. Then choose Tickets and click Next.
I assume you need to use just 3 properties: Create Date, Ticket Category, and Count of Tickets.
The go to the Filters and choose:
1. Create Date is this entire month
2. Category is any of “issue category” In my screen I used Category - Product Issue, but please use whatever works for you
Click on Apply Filter, then Hide Filters, and go to Visualization Again.
