Hi everyone,
We have recently integrated Coupler.IO and while we are able to get our associations shown (by using associations.companies), we are trying to find the ID of the association with a certain label (which we hoped would be something like associations.companies.primary) however we are struggling, and have asked both HubSpot and Coupler support.
Was posting this to see if anyone knows how these fields are saved, as the HubSpot export tracks them (will write it as “Label NameIDs”).

I agree with what support told you.
Currently, accessing association labels directly through a field like associations.companies.primary to retrieve the ID of an association with a specific label is not possible programmatically within HubSpot’s API. The API doesn’t expose association labels in a way that allows for direct querying or filtering by those labels.
I know this isn’t the answer you are hoping for, and I don’t want you searching for an option that doesn’t currently exist.

So just to verify, theres no way I can recreate what the HubSpot export does (in our instance, we have a label called “Site Contact”).
