In our blog, we put some link to related topics (manually) in our articles (Red sentences) and Hubspot put some “Related Posts” below the article.
I would like to choose what is the best option between “Manual link incorporated” and " Related Posts"?
In order to make a rational decision, I would like to measure visits or click through to choose the best option.

I think the easiest way to get a feel for how each version works would be to use a hotjar heatmap looking at multiple pages (i.e. all blog posts) to see which area get the most clicks.
You would have to test them sequentially of course because having them both on the page at the same time would distort results.
