HubSpot has been lacking this integration and I read posts dating back to 2019 and the gap is still there.
The solutions that developed this privately are selling their products outside of the marketplace and are charging thousands of dollars just for setup fees & I was offered this solution since I am a full time accountant, but the prices I heard were crazy & the setup is said to take hours or days in zoom calls.
I decided to spend sometime developing an app that does this, and it was evident why it was so hard. Quickbooks Desktop is not on the cloud and doesn’t have a REST API. So I used the quickbooks web connector which is a program that installs with QuickBooks Desktop.
Right now the app is a one way (QuickBooks Desktop to HubSpot (the most needed part)).
If anyone would like to help me solve this gap by being a beta tester, i am looking for 3-5 people, I am willing to give the app for free forever and help with everything in the setup which takes a maximum of one hour.
