Looking for 3 HubSpot users to beta test a native WhatsApp Business API integration

Hi all,

I’ve built a native HubSpot × WhatsApp Business API integration — currently in review on the App Marketplace.

Core features:

- Shared inbox, multi-agent routing

- Bidirectional sync: HubSpot deals/contacts ↔ WhatsApp conversations

- AI-assisted summaries and draft replies (works in any language)

- Custom field mapping between WhatsApp context and HubSpot properties

Before the public launch I’m looking for 3 HubSpot users to beta test, ideally with one of these profiles:

- Using HubSpot Sales or Service Hub with WhatsApp as a meaningful sales channel

- Currently relying on Zapier/Make or a non-marketplace tool to bridge WhatsApp ↔ CRM

- Multi-agent team where conversation routing matters

What you get:

- Free access during the beta

- Direct line to me (founder) for setup and bug fixes

- Voice on the roadmap for the next 3 months

What I ask in return:

- ~30 min onboarding call to set you up

- 1 feedback session after ~2 weeks of real usage

Open to any market — we also have a Conta Azul integration in review (Brazilian ERP) if you operate in Brazil, but it’s

A native WhatsApp × HubSpot integration is something a lot of folks here have been piecing together with workarounds, so the timing is great!

I would recommend starting the approval process to get your app on the HubSpot Marketplace! HubSpot’s App Marketplace certification requirements is a fantastic resource!

We’d really encourage getting that certification locked in so the broader community can discover, vet, and review your app!

The app is actually already submitted to the HubSpot App Marketplace and the listing review is

underway. The last box left to tick is the 3 active install threshold, which is what brought me

here.

If anyone in this thread uses WhatsApp Business with their HubSpot CRM and wants to try the

Cassie — is there a HubSpot partner program or community channel you’d recommend that could help
