Hey everyone — built a tool for bulk GDPR-compliant contact deletion in HubSpot (the one-at-a-time limitation everyone runs into for privacy requests). Looking for a couple of beta testers on real portals before opening it up more.
How it works: you submit emails, get a preview of exactly who matched, review and confirm yourself, then deletion happens in two safe steps (reversible, then permanent after a second confirm) — nothing happens without your review.
Worth flagging upfront: it does need edit/delete permission on contacts, since that’s the whole point of the tool — not read-only like some of the other apps posted here. Happy to walk through exactly how that’s contained if you’re curious.
