Hi all,
HubSpot shows how many tickets are in each stage today, but there’s no built-in way to see how the ticket pipeline looked on a past date. Deals have Historical Snapshots; tickets don’t. There are Ideas threads asking for this since 2024.
I’m building a small app for that one job:
read-only access to tickets, so it can’t change anything in your portal
rebuilds past snapshots from each ticket’s stage history, so you see data from day one, not only from the day you install
today vs 7, 30, 90 days ago or any date: count by stage, opened, closed, net change
CSV export
Unlike exporting to Sheets, it doesn’t need a spreadsheet, and it can rebuild history back to the earliest stage-history data available in your portal. The plan is to store only the minimum data needed for the snapshots — ticket IDs, stages and timestamps, not ticket content.
It’s not live yet. I’m looking for 3–5 teams on Service Hub who would try an early version on their own portal and tell me what’s missing. Planned price is about $49/month per portal; free during the test.
If you deal with this, reply here or message me. It helps to know roughly how many tickets you get a month, how many pipelines you have, and what you need the history for (backlog trend, monthly report, SLA).

Good luck with this, historical snapshots for tickets is such an obvious gap once you’ve hit it. Curious how you’re handling the stage-history reconstruction for tickets that were created before you started tracking, is it limited to whatever HubSpot’s audit log retains?
Thanks, Maksim. It doesn’t rely on a separate audit log. HubSpot keeps the stage history on each ticket record, and the app rebuilds past snapshots from that. How far back it goes depends on what your portal still has, so the app will show the earliest date it can fully cover instead of guessing.
Have you run into this yourself? If so, roughly how many tickets a month and what did you need the history for?
