Long Time HubSpotter, First Time Caller

Hi everyone!

My name is Sebastian, I am MarCom/MarTech professional in the industrial space. I am joining the group to connect with more folks in the industry, learn a bit about how everyone uses HubSpot, and improve my know-how.

My immediate need is to learn how some in this field manage PDF tracking at scale. We have less than 15 documents (PDFs) that we use in our content strategy. I am looking for two things:

  1. A tool to track PDF engagement at scale, not one off like Sales Documents. We have a quarterly Newsletter that is printed that I woul love to track digitially as well.
  2. Guidance on templates for reporting. We have many accounts that advertise through our network, I would like to standardize our reporting and give them more timely updates on how their ads/assets are performing. Any advice on campaign reporting would be great!

Looking forward to connecting more!

- Sebastian

Hi @SHabermehl1,
Love to read your post, thank you for reaching out to the Community!
I’d like to share these resources that might help you:
- Upload and share documents: HubSpot automatically applies tracking when you share a document, so the document’s owner will receive a notification when a contact views the document. You can also require recipients to enter their email address before viewing the content.
- The solution from @Phil_Vallender on this post “PDF Engagement Analytics Tools?
- Analyze ad campaigns in HubSpot
- Report on ad campaigns using the custom report builder
- Ad tracking in HubSpot
- The solution from @karstenkoehler on this post “Ads Reporting
I’d like to invite some of the Community Members of this group to join in:
