Hi @WTrading,

That depends on your subscription, see here: [Set up two-factor authentication for your HubSpot login](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-security/two-factor-authentication-frequently-asked-questions#how-do-i-require-all-users-in-my-hubspot-account-to-use-two-factor-authentication-when-logging-in)

> Two-factor authentication is required for all HubSpot Starter, Professional and Enterprise accounts. For HubSpot free tools accounts, if you want to ensure all users log in using two-factor authentication, you must be a [super admin](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/hubspot-user-permissions-guide?&_ga=2.14639102.813630317.1664311770-763168447.1664311770&hubs_content=knowledge.hubspot.com/account-security/two-factor-authentication-frequently-asked-questions&hubs_content-cta=super%20admin#admin:~:text=in%20email%20settings.-,Super%20admin,-Super%20admins%20have) or have [permission to edit account defaults](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/hubspot-user-permissions-guide?&_ga=2.115375055.813630317.1664311770-763168447.1664311770&hubs_content=knowledge.hubspot.com/account-security/two-factor-authentication-frequently-asked-questions&hubs_content-cta=permission%20to%20edit%20account%20defaults#admin:~:text=the%20conversations%20inbox.-,Account%20Access,-The%20Account%20Access). @WTrading the login code is a form of 2FA, unless I’m mistaken, the same rules as described in my previous reply apply.

@WTrading I don’t know – you haven’t shared yet which subscription you’re on? When you say “it didn’t work”, what _exactly_ didn’t work?

Hi there @WTrading! Thanks for your post. Two-factor authentication is **required** for all HubSpot Starter, Professional and Enterprise accounts. So, if you are using the free tools you can follow this[guide to disable 2-step log in](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-security/set-up-two-factor-authentication-for-your-hubspot-login#turn-off-two-factor-authentication-for-your-login). Otherwise, you cannot disable this.
