# Login Verification Code Not receive in email

Our sales representative is unable to log into his HubSpot account, and no code has been sent to his email. His email address is {email redacted}

Make sure they’re checking their spam and promotions or if in Outlook their Other folders. We had reps with the same issue and turns out it just sent outside of their normal inbox.
