For a lot of our sales communication we text or message quite frequently and to log this into a contact/deal record, we have been resorting to either logging as an email, meeting or even call with custom meeting types + outcomes, however it would be much better to have the option to simply log as a “message” instead of one of those 3. This seems like a very easy thing to add, can you guys please do that?
I have the same need here. It’s a great idea. It would be even better if Hubspot integrated with Google Voice.
