Hello,

Our business development team like to add notes/tasks against a company to list potential projects etc, but when they do, it automatically associates these notes/tasks with open deals that are in most cases unrelated to the note/task.

Is there a way to stop this from happening automatically so that when a note/task is added against a company it only associates with the company?

I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation @AdamLPW, @louischausse and @Teun do you have any suggestions to help @SMelvin9, please?
Also, if anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation 🙂

essentially wanting to see if there is a way of it not automatically associating with the 5 most recent deals as above.
